We used Matrix for a major project to replace the roof of a church hall. The original roof was of an unusual design and removal turned out to be far more labour intensive than anticipated. It was a challenging  job anyway as the hall adjoins the main church, creating several complex junctions between the two. The project was still completed on budget and in the one week the company promised (we had expected and allowed for two weeks). The company owner, Leyton, remains in constant touch and is able to quickly deploy extra manpower  to meet unexpected challenges. All questions and concerns are dealt with immediately via whatsapp messages or phone calls.  Incredibly smooth and stress-free experience,. The job was completed faster and considerably cheaper than other estimates. Matrix operates with a minimum of fuss and formality, but maximum plain speaking, flexibility and transparency. Elias came and did  quote to put dry verge edging on my two gable ends  The quote was very competitive.  Leyton and the lads came to start the job and discovered the reason I was having problems with the pointing was that the roof felt was failing. There was little point doing the work the way the felt was.  Leyton then quoted to strip back the part of the roof that was affected, put new batons and felt on then complete the dry verge.  The lads then worked like trojans to get the job done in a day, which was just as well as it poured with rain overnight.  The next day I found my drain was blocked as the cement buckets had been washed and the remains put down the drain.  I contacted Elias at 8.40am and by 10.40 someone had come round and cleared out the drain.  The whole service was excellent and all and all at a good price. Our roof had suffered major leak following heavy rain storms. Matrix inspected & advised not only the ridge tiles were at fault but also the felt & batons were in very bad condition. Matrix came out on Monday to inspect with scaffolding & team arrived in force on Wednesday. Full roof removal & replacement was completed by Friday to a very high standard. The team are very professional & provided regular updates on issues & progress.
